什么叫学习
学习是透过外界教授或从自身经验提高能力的过程。行为主义心理学的观点学习是外在环境刺激引起的行为的变化，要有可观察、可测量的外在变化。古典制约和操作制约的研究。并且以个体获得经验为结果。认知心理学的观点学习是内在倾向或能力的变化，内在变化与外显行为并不完全一致。（当然内在的变化还必须由外在的变化来推测），这种变化应是后天经验习得的，不是先天的反应或者生理成熟的作用。这种变化要能保持一段时期。综合两大学派可以这样来定义学习：学习是因经验而引起的行为或内在倾向与能力较为持久的良性变化。拓展资料学习最早可追溯至孔子在《论语》中所言：“学而时习之，不亦说乎？”意思是，学了之后及时、经常地进行温习和实习，不是一件很愉快的事情吗？很明显，学习这一复合名词，就是出自孔子的这一名言。按照孔子和其他中国古代教育家的看法，“学”就是闻、见与模仿，是获得信息、技能，主要是指接受感官信息（图像信息、声音信息及触觉味觉等等信息）与书本知识，有时还包括思想的含义。“学”是自学或有人教你学。“习”是巩固知识、技能的行为，一般有三种含义：温习、实习、练习。“学”偏重于思想意识的理论领域，“习”偏重于行动实习的实践方面。学习就是获得知识，形成技能，获得适应环境改变环境的能力的过程。实质上就是学、思、习、行的总称。学是指知识和经验的累积，习是指知识和经验的实践。学属知，习属行。中国大儒王阳明曾提倡知行合一。荀子在《劝学》中说道，“君子曰：学不可以已。”意思是，学习不可以停止，一定要持之以恒。
如何正确学习
高考是人生中十分重要的一个转折点，它会区分出是上名校还是去专科，又或者就业，无论我们是否承认考入名校确实意味着学习上你是成功的，而高三作为高考的冲刺阶段，只有经历过高三的人才懂得其中的心酸，所以确实需要你更加努力。在同等的时间里，提高学习效率似乎成为每位学子的愿望，但是如何提高效率确实是个大难题。首先可以指定小计划，用便利贴将要完成的计划写在上面，每完成一项就划掉一个任务，无形之中还可以提高自己的满足感。其实这个与跑马拉松是一个道理，曾经一位马拉松运动员经常获得第一，后来有人问他原因，原来他每次都会提前考察场地，将场地的标志性建筑物记下来，跑步时每到一个建筑物，意味着自己已经完成一部分，可以心理暗示一下自己，避免因为过长的道路而胆怯。再者可以多学科穿插性学习，数学是一门较难的学科，有的人可能因为某个题，浪费一晚上的时间，最终也没有算出来，我认为这部分时间是浪费的，当有难题不知道如何解答时，可以先放下，试着换一个思路，做一下语文或者英语等不需要计算的科目，等到彻底放下心来，再看这道题，也许就有不一样看法。最后就是计时完成作业，把每次作业都当成是考试，毕竟平时高考化，高考才能平时化，你会发现有时做作业会注意力不集中，这往往会浪费一部分时间，而计时之后，就把它当成考试一样，全身心的投入其中，所以计时完成作业是提高效率的方式，也是训练自己应试技巧的方式，如果遇到难题，考试你会花费过多的时间吗？想必不会，因为一旦如此，后面你可能完成不了试卷。
